Description:
Yes – there is a “ME” in the word “TEAM” and discovering it will lead to personal and professional success! Participants will realize how they influence their dental team and will leave this workshop with a clearer understanding of their own behavior, how and when to adapt their behavior, and how to improve communication. This workshop will promote an appreciation of peoples’ differences, enhance individual and team performance, and reduce conflict. An online assessment tool, completed prior to this workshop, will provide each participant with a customized report containing concrete feedback to improve their interactions with others

Marilyn Larese, MBA is founder and president of MJL Performance Solutions and has been a management consultant, instructional designer, and trainer for over 15 years. Ms. Larese provides clients with custom-designed solutions for improving workplace performance. Her areas of expertise include management and leadership development, communication, team building, employee orientation, and business acumen. She is a member of the ASTD, Southern Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, and Soroptimist International.
