Palma C. Baker, M.A., CCC is an adjunct faculty member of Macomb, Baker and Davenport Colleges. She is an instructor for operational effectiveness division of St John Health Institute teaching customer service, performance improvement, and multicultural diversity. She is also owner and administrator of Martial Arts Therapy which focuses upon the unique needs of the physically challenged.
